"My wife and I were out casually looking at open houses. We stumbled into a home for sale on Camino Capistrano in Capo Beach. The home was quite dated and in need of updating. While there, we met Tony Florez who was working the open house that day. Tony took a sincere interest in us and our real estate needs. "Tony is the best! Great person with a great sense of humor. We met Tony almost 12 years ago in one of the open houses that he held over in Laguna beach. Back then We were in the market to buy a house. During the brief conversation that we had with Tony I asked Tony the kind of a house that we are looking for ,size , number of bedrooms/bathrooms , natural lighting is a must , backyard..etc We exchange our phone numbers and I remember few weeks later he called me and said Phillip I located the exact house that you guys are in the market for.
