During our brief conversation, I told Tony the kind of house we were looking for: size, number of bedrooms or bathrooms, natural lighting was a must, backyard, etc. We exchanged phone numbers, and I remember a few weeks later he called me and said, "Phillip, I located the exact house that you guys are in the market for."
